Our journey began long before our official founding in 2018. Walid Radi, our founder, brought 36+ years of hands-on experience in UAE and GCC markets when he established Account Plus. Having served as General Manager for Juma Al Majid Group and as a recognized tax lecturer across the UAE, Walid identified that businesses required more than just transactional tax services and needed a strategic partner who understood both the letter of the law and the practical realities of doing business in the region.
In 2022, we expanded further with the establishment of this Dubai company, strengthening our ability to serve clients across the UAE with faster execution and wider coverage.

Walid Radi, Founder and Tax Agent
Walid Radi is an FTA Certified Tax Agent (TAAN: 20022661) and a Certified Public Accountant (Illinois, USA – 1999) with 36+ years of UAE/GCC tax and accounting experience. He has led and advised on VAT, Corporate Tax, Excise Tax, and broader tax compliance and advisory matters, supporting businesses through registrations, filings, reconciliations, documentation readiness, and complex authority engagements. With senior leadership experience as former General Manager at Juma Al Majid Group, Walid brings a strong operational understanding of how tax interacts with accounting, financial reporting, internal controls, and governance, not just “tax in isolation.” He has worked across multiple industries and business models, supporting groups and standalone entities, as well as mainland and Free Zone companies, with practical insight into diverse compliance requirements and real-world transaction flows. A regular lecturer on VAT and tax topics for UAE professional bodies, Walid is trusted for FTA representation, complex audit defense, and tax dispute resolution, providing founder-led oversight on high-impact cases where precision, evidence, and defensibility matter most.
Khalid Radi, Managing Director | Operations Lead
Khalid Radi is the Managing Director and Operations Lead with 15+ years of business operations and management experience. He oversees end-to-end client service delivery and team performance, driving quality control, process optimization, and operational consistency across engagements. Khalid also leads client onboarding and relationship management, ensuring clear communication, structured execution, and reliable follow-through. Fluent in Arabic and English, he brings strong UAE market knowledge and hands-on operational leadership.
Ahmed Radi, Operations and Quality Control Lead
Ahmed Radi supports operations and quality control, bringing 15+ years of international finance and compliance experience across UAE, Oman Turkey, and the UK. He strengthens delivery through structured review and QC of tax and reporting outputs, reconciliations, documentation discipline, and process optimization, backed by hands-on experience in VAT reviews, VAT audits, authority communications, reporting accuracy, and internal controls.
Ahmed also brings a strong systems mindset (ERP and finance systems implementation, dashboards, automation, and advanced Excel) to standardize workflows and reduce execution risk, ensuring client work is consistent, defensible, and on time.
Ashraf Radi, Finance Manager
Ashraf Radi is a finance professional with Big 4 experience (Deloitte & Touche M.E.) who supports smooth day-to-day finance operations, reliable month-end close, and clear management reporting. He brings hands-on experience with bookkeeping, reconciliations, and internal quality checks, and has supported VAT return filing and VAT audit requirements with a strong focus on accuracy and documentation. Ashraf is bilingual (Arabic/English) and comfortable working with finance systems and reporting tools such as Microsoft Dynamics D365, Sage, GP, Power BI, and advanced Excel, helping ensure finance processes stay organized, consistent, and on time.
